Sterling Accuris and Damaru are back its 4th yoga workshop of its B+ve Yoga series. You just need to give 10 minutes each day. In the new series, we will focus on yoga which opens up our lungs and gut to strengthen our core area.
Workshop 4: Yoga for Inner Strength and resilience to boost immunity!
In our previous sessions, we learned about how to destress ourselves and maintain emotional balance while strengthening our lungs for good prana.
Now we will combine all of what we have learned and take it forward to boost immunity with resilience build up.
