Ms. Nrithya Jagannathan is the Director of KYM Institute of Yoga Studies and a Senior Yoga Therapist amongst her many other achievements and in this session she illuminates our knowledge bank on chanting and Bhavana as tools of Yoga Therapy. It is so delightful to learn about these things that are so significant in Yoga therapy
